Sent to Earth as a baby from the dying planet of Krypton, Kal-El was discovered and raised by farmers Martha and Jonathan Kent, who named him Clark. Growing up on Earth, the radiation from the planet's yellow sun granted Clark extraordinary powers, which he concealed from the world. Now, as an adult, he uses his abilities to protect his adopted home as Superman. However, after a series of adventures, Superman is missing and believed to be dead. In reality, he is imprisoned on Warworld by the new Mongul, forced to fight for his life in an arena without his powers. Superman must find a way to survive and return home.
