William Cobb, while juggling on a street in Gotham City, stopped a thief from stealing Nathaniel Haly's wallet. In gratitude, Haly offered William a job at his circus. William became a renowned circus performer, fell in love, and started a family. However, his wife's family disapproved of him and forbade them from being together. Capitalizing on the situation, Haly saw an opportunity to recruit William as a "Talon," an assassin for the Court of Owls, a clandestine organization of wealthy elites. As a Talon, William became virtually unstoppable, able to be reanimated and strike without mercy. The figure is a detailed 7" scale representation of Talon from the Court of Owls in the DC Multiverse. It is designed with ultra articulation and up to 22 moving parts for a full range of posing and play. The figure comes with two swords, two daggers, a sword sheath, and a base.
